Legend Sid’Jean Grant affectionately called “FatMan,” passed away on May 27, 2020 in Baltimore Maryland at John’s Hopkins University.
Legend was the youngest child of Tyron Grant and Ashley Keyes born on July 25, 2019. He was known to be very silly and loud, making his presence known. He had the ability to captivate a room. To be so young he had a deep voice and was often curious about how his hands worked. He enjoyed jumping, face planting into his blanket and was a rambunctious dare devil.
He was preceded in death by his great grandfather Sidney Keyes, great grandmother Jean Hargis, his “Pop Pop” Charles Chester, Sr., grandmother Diane Jarrett, uncle Leron Todd, godfather Bobby Bailey.
He is survived by his parents: Ashley Keyes and Tyron Grant of Cambridge, Maryland, siblings: Di’Vonna Grant of Cambridge, Maryland, Aniya Grant and Tyron Grant Jr. of Virginia, grandfather Jeff Keyes of Cambridge, Maryland, Clinton Beckett of Painter Virginia grandmothers: Nancy Anderson of Cambridge, Maryland Sharon Reid of Painter Virginia, Crystal Chester of San Antonio Texas, great grandmother Alice Keyes of Cambridge Maryland great grandmother Jacqueline Chester of Los Angeles California, aunts: Victoria “Nikki” Keyes of Cambridge, Maryland, Diane Williams of Painter Virginia, Rochell Sharp of Painter Virginia, Chandra Chester of Owings Mills, Maryland uncles: Kevin Keyes of Cambridge Maryland, Charles Chester, Jr of San Antonio Texas, cousins: Kyron Grant of Painter Virginia, Jayla Tankyard of Painter Virginia, Marshonda Chandler of Painter Virginia and Alvin Chandler of Painter Virginia.
