Carlton D. Rowley, 88 of Beckwith Neck, Cambridge, Maryland departed his life on March 29, 2020.
A Time To Be Born Carlton D. Rowley began his earthly journey on March 19, 1932, the son of the late Joseph and Minnie Travers-Rowley.
A Time To Live: Carlton spent his life in Cambridge, Maryland and was educated in Dorchester County Public Schools. On August 29, 1964 Carlton formed a union with Lucille Stanley-Rowley of 55 loving years.
Carlton was a truck driver and worked for Jack Burton for 45 years. He loved working on cars, cutting grass, gardening, playing his guitar and spending time with his wife, family and shooting the breeze with his friends that he cherished so much.
A Time To Mourn: Carlton leaves to mourn his death his loving wife Lucille Rowley, his daughter Brenda Hunter, 2 grand daughters Demetricia (Don), Tymesha (Ronell), great-grandchildren Delontae, Kenya and Kingston all of Richmond, Virginia.; sisters in law Victoria Chester (Joseph), Pearl Ferguson (Theodore), Deborah Stanley, and Peggy Travers, brother in law Frederick Stanley (Ruth) all of Cambridge, MD. He is also survived by nieces, nephews, cousins, family and a circle of friends.
He was proceeded in death by his parents Joseph and Minnie Rowley, two brothers and their wives Clarence Rowley (Gladys) and Joseph Rowley (Harriett). Mother and father in law Wilsie Travers and Dewey Stanley, son-in-law Otis Hunter, and brothers- in- law, Maurice Stanley, Dewey T. Stanley, Jr., James Stanley, Theodore (Gladys) Stanley, Alonza Stanley and many nieces and nephews.
