He departed this life on March 25, 2020 at the Bradford House in Cambridge, MD.\n \n\n\n\n He was educated in Caroline County School System, graduating from North Caroline High in 1981. Kevin served briefly in the U.S. Navy. He held various paving/asphalt jobs with Genstar Bramble and A1st State Paving during his working years.\n \n\n\n\n Kevin supported basketball games from Queen Anne’s County, Talbot and Caroline and was always in attendance. His hobby was to agitate everyone he loved, especially the kids and they loved him in return. He loved to eat wherever he visited.\n \n\n\n\n He was preceded in death by his parents Stanley & Savanah Britt, sisters, Eleanor Flamer, Angela Edmund, Dianna Belcher, brothers, Norris Alvin Newman and Stanley Britt, Jr. two nieces, Tamara L. Britt and Sharon Jackson, one nephew, Kirk Flamer.\n \n\n\n\n To cherish his memory are three children, Amber Britt (Centreville, MD), Kevin Britt (Lavell) Wilton Manor, FL and Myron Britt (Sudlersville, MD); six grandchildren, Ta’myra Britt Gaines, Alana Ellis, Freedom Johnson, Noble Johnson, Milan Britt and Alayah Christopher, eight siblings, Melvin Pinkney (Norma), Jerry Newman (Carolyn) and Larry Britt (Nechelle), all of Ridgely, MD, Emerson Allen (Easton, MD), Evangeline Pinkney (Timmy) Centreville,MD, Mary Shoultz (Phila., PA), Savannah Britt (Denton, MD) and Dolly Britt (Ridgely, MD); one great aunt, Mary F. Smith (Queen Anne’s, MD) and a host of nieces, nephews, cousins and friends.
