Helen Louise Cephas, 74 of Cambridge, Maryland was called to rest on Saturday, February 5, 2022 at Peak Healthcare at The Pines in Easton, MD.
Helen was born on July 21, 1947 to the late Martha Emory-Stanley and Clarence Cephas. She attended Dorchester County Public Schools and worked as a factory worker for many years.
Helen was a faithful member of The Cambridge Church of Christ. She enjoyed cooking, watching old television shows, playing cards and board games.
She was preceded in death by her mother, Martha Emory-Stanley; father, Clarence Cephas; uncle, Roderick Warner; niece, Rose Watkins; and great niece Roshina Beasley.
She leaves loving memories to be cherished by her son, Vance Cephas of Cambridge, MD; two sisters, Mary Cephas-Brinkley and Nannell Cephas both of Cambridge, MD; brother Clarence Cephas, Jr. of Baltimore, MD; aunt, Adella Warner of Easton, MD; and six nieces, Lisa Jones, Melvondia Wilson, Maria Cephas, Angelina Bosley(Mark) and Sherelle Jackson(Sheldon) all of Cambridge, MD and Rosalyn Sampson (Tony) of Delmar, MD; a nephew Melvin Wilson of Cambridge, MD; 6 great nieces, 4 great nephews, 18 great-great nieces and nephews, and host of cousins, family and friends.
