Hall Carter Jr Obituary (1958

Hall James Carter Jr, also known as Hall J., departed this life on Saturday, July 7, 2012. Born January 15, 1958 in Easton, MD, he was the son of the late Hall James Carter Sr. and Gloria Carter. Hall was educated in the Talbot County Public Schools graduating in 1977. After high school he attended Kensington College majoring in Computer Technology. He was employed with various companies within the area such as Case Communication, Coldwater and Black & Decker. His last place of employment was with the Waste Water Treatment Plant. While employed he continued his education through his job increasing his knowledge in the operation of waste water treatment, small water system operations, maintenance operation, maintenance of waste water collection system and working with the pumping station. October 20, 1979, he was united in Holy Matrimony to Marilyn Virginia Camper. His hobbies, playing football, wrestling, softball, tennis, singing, playing drums, working on automobiles, traveling and fishing. In addition to his parents, he was preceded in death by a brother, George White, a sister, Carolyn White and a granddaughter, Dalashia Carter. He survived by his wife, Marilyn Camper, Carter; three children, Darrell Carter, Noshima Camper and Manuel Camper; seven grandchildren, Shiniqua (Easton, MD), Manuel Jr. (Chestertown, MD), Deiontre Carter (Trappe, MD) Imani Chase Camper (Trappe, MD), Dabreon Carter (Baltimore, MD), Danijah Carter (Easton, MD) and Maniya Camper (Cambridge, MD); a great grandson, Jacoby Blackwell; two nieces, Kimberly White (Washington, DC) and Gina Ramseur (Mike), Catonsville, MD; two great nieces, Kala White (Washington, DC) and Sade' Torian (Catonsville, MD); one great nephew, Kai White (Washington, DC); aunts, Josephine Wilson (Salisbury, MD), Ethel Hayware (Connecticut), Esther & Ronald Coleman (Federalsburg, MD) and Timothy Holland (Easton, MD); in-laws, Joyce White, Iris Johnson (Joe), Carolyn Holland, Wakena Rafani, Ardenia Dorsey, Linda Johnson, Betty Carroll, Gloria Cooper and Nora Lee Cornish and a host of nieces, nephews, cousins and friends. Memorial service will be held on Saturday, July 14, 2012 1pm at Union Baptist Church 233 Glenwood Ave Easton, MD. No public viewing. Interment in Paradise Cemetery.
