Brantley McKinney Obituary (2018 - 2018)

Brantley Joseph McKinney was born on February 14, 2018 at Johns Hopkins Hospital, Baltimore, MD. He was born on this blessed day to Melanie Thomas and Oliver McKinney Jr. While at Johns Hopkins Hospital he was cared for by an elite staff of doctors, nurses, practitioners and support staff that changed his life and time with us tremendously. In return, God gifted us fifty-five days with Brantley to share his love, which changed the hearts of those near and far, old and young. He showed knowledge, love, compassion, strength and courage without uttering a word. Brantley’s kindness, his sweet spirit will be missed but his memory will be cherished by Mommy and Daddy, siblings, Little Oliver (noodles), Jaelyn and Brenna; grandparents, Oliver and Donna McKinney Sr. and Marion Fisher; aunts and uncles, Monica Hill, Jeffery and Monti Beasley, Brandy and Brooke (Charles), immediate cousins, Walter and Justine Hill, Ashley (Bishop) and Darryl among many others. His time with us was short, but his impact will last a lifetime. We remember Brantley and the gifts he has given us, we pray life leaves us peaceful, loving and thankful.
