Kennard M Perkins, 75, of St Michaels died Friday, November 3rd at his residence. He was a life-long resident of the Eastern Shore. Kennard was born on September 25, 1942 in Easton to the late Mary Frances Copper and James Perkins.
Kennard attended school in Talbot County. He last attended Moton High School. He spent many years employed by Murdoch Garden and Holiday Inn in Easton. He was also a groundskeeper for Claire and Walt. In his spare time, he loved watching sports, playing cards, and games with a very special friend, Betty Ross, Frances Wilson, Edna Wilson, Betty Emory, Charles Gardner, Robert Bailey, and the late George Kellum. He enjoyed the company of the above and their families. Kennard loved socializing with anyone he met.
Kennard leaves to cherish fond memories a host of nieces, nephew, cousins, great nieces and nephews, and a host of other relatives and friends.
Kennard has earned his wings, and now joins those preceding him in death: one brother Robert Henry Elliott; 4 sisters: Betty Perkins, Evelyn Dawson, Elva Gibson, and Beatrice Gibson.
