Edna Elizabeth Wilson of Cordova, 72, better known as Mommy died February 13, 2018 at her residence. She was born February 5, 1946 to the late Chester Schofield and Celenia Jenkins.
Edna was raised in Talbot County and attended Moton High School in Easton. She was employed with William Hill Manor for 27 years. Edna was united in Holy Matrimony to her late husband Elwood Wilson, Sr, whom she loved dearly. She was a loving friend and mother. Edna enjoyed doing word find puzzles, playing cards, and watching TV.
Edna leaves to cherish fond memories two sons: Elwood Wilson Jr. (RoShonda) and James Wilson (Amy); 6 grandchildren: Leroy Jr., Deene, Stacy, Jakera, Jaleel, and Jayonna Wilson; 7 great-grandchildren: Dezmara, Kayriama, Jalia, Demetri, Sa’Mara, Kayden Monroe, and Treasure Wilson; a sister-in-law Ernestine Taylor, and a host nieces, nephews, cousins, other relatives and friends.
In addition to her parents and husband, she was preceded in death by two sons: Leroy and Vincent Wilson.
