C. J. as he was affectionally known, some even loved him as Cee, Jay, Chub Roc, Mr. Curl . He loved people as much as people loved him. There was nothing he would not do nor give to his fellow man. C. J. had a special way of making you mad but just as quick to make you laugh. If there was an affair that involved cooking, you could find him somewhere in the kitchen or on the grill. If your car was broke down he was under the hood trying to figure out what was wrong. When there’s a family gathering, we could count on Jay to show up to be the jokester, cracking on somebody. Chub Roc had a special pastime love for motorcycles, he joined The Home Boys Motorcycle Social Club, Centreville, Md. He served as the Sergeant at Arms. Nevertheless, Cee left a mark on the heart of all he encountered with his warm heart, his affectionate smile and his infectious laugh.
